All of our team

I became a therapist because I want people to have a place where they feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. I love helping people make sense of what they’re experiencing, work through what has hurt them, and learn skills to handle life in healthier ways, and especially helping them see that their struggles don’t define who they are.

My style is warm, playful, and collaborative. I use humor and creativity when it fits, along with practical, solution-focused strategies to help you understand and manage your emotions. We’ll build on your strengths and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Your first session

When you sit down with me for the first time, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space. We’ll get to know each other, talk about what brought you in and what you hope to get from our time together, and take care of housekeeping like insurance and any questions about the process. You won’t be expected to have all the answers or share everything right away. We’ll take it one step at a time.

Who I work best with

I do my best work with clients who are ready to understand themselves and make meaningful changes. I especially enjoy working with children and teens who have big emotions and may feel misunderstood, and with adults navigating family relationships, trauma, anxiety, or patterns they’ve struggled to make sense of. I see kids ages 5 and up, teens, adults, and elders.

Outside the office

Outside the office, I enjoy time with my dog, reading, coloring, movies, and little creative projects. I’m originally from the St. Louis area, so I love getting home to see family and friends. I’m always up for a good dinner out, exploring new places, and anything that helps me slow down and recharge.
